“I contacted Needle and Thread through the Google messaging service and they were very quick to respond. I needed my wedding dress altered and wanted to go somewhere with a convenient, easy to access location and good reviews/online presence. As I'm petite, the dress was too long and the shoulders were too big (see second photo for before photo). The owner, James, was so lovely and ensured my dress was taken up to how I wanted it and with the train taken up to suit. Everyone in his team were really lovely and supportive and gave me a lot of confidence with how I looked in the dress. They listened to my comments and needs and ensured they were fulfilled, which was important to me with this being my wedding dress. James really looked after me with sorting this and I can't thank him enough. He takes pride in his work and ensures standards are kept high. I didn't hesitate taking the dress straight back after the wedding to be cleaned and now I know when I need any clothing issues sorted, I can go here.”

Better off going to nearby Davidson Mains Laundrette for a reasonable price Response from the owner 3 days ago "Your wife asked the price to clean it and she was very happy with the price we gave her " When in a hole,stop digging. My wife has never contacted you in her life, amazing how you "remember" a customer a month after I put in the review ha ha. Keep on deluding yourself if that is how you handle customer feedback.”
