“We asked to alter curtains which were in our previous home with the higher ceilings, so they fit in our new home. We measured how much needs to be taken off when we had them on in our new home- which was 16cm. The result was shocking - not only they were altered for much more than we asked, but it’s now also uneven - from 5 to 8 cm in different places. These were expensive made to measure curtains, which costed us a few hundreds pounds and now became totally unusable! See pictures attached.”
