“They make up their prices as they go along. Sometimes charged £4, sometimes charged £9 and the other day charged £13 for exactly the same of amount of clothes to dry. Really not very nice to be diddling your local community, do you also make prices up for the local big corporate hotels you service?”

“We were regular clients of this business even having suffered some bad manners and "sales preventative behaviour" from a couple of the staff in the past but we decided to continue supporting a local business and just understood that it's hard to get caring and interested staff who invest in the success of the company that employs them. Only two weeks ago we took curtains to be cleaned and paid over £330 for this plus weekly bags of bedding and laundry. I carried a large bag of laundry in yesterday to be abruptly told that they were too busy and the job couldn't be done - even without any deadline, I was in no rush. Rather than being recognised as a regular supporter and paying client, I was appalled at the complacency and attitude toward regular clients and decided this was the last straw. I'm not paying to support this behaviour and attitude any longer - I went to another company whom were polite and mannerly and £9 cheaper per load too! A real win, win. I've no idea how this attitude towards clients is tolerated by management but having read so many reviews now, can see it's part of this business' culture to be rude and complacent to paying clientele. I'm done.”

“I visited this laundrette today with my laundry which I carried down the road to hand in for a service wash. It was 6.50pm. The girl behind the counter told me “we have a backlog, you’ll have to TRY, later in the week!!” Shocked. Clearly they don’t want clients. I saw her turning two others away after me. Does management approve of this style? Don’t they want our money? I’ll go elsewhere from today. So angry with being treated like this.”
