“I tried on multiple occasions to obtain a quote from this company, emailing with no response on several occasions, and leaving messages which went unanswered. When I eventually did get a reply of sorts, following a very significant delay, they could not offer me anything outside of deep clean at commercial rates , notwithstanding them advertising normal weekly house cleaning on their website. This doesn’t make a great deal of sense. The company are unprofessional, unresponsive, and unclear about what they can actually provide. I advise that you avoid.”

“I had Molly Maid coming to my home today. On the phone they had told me it would be £90 for 2 hours. 3 days later they message me to confirm that they would be coming today but my price would be £197! I asked them what happened with the £90 we agreed on the phone, to which they told me that wouldn't of been agreed at that rate. Yet it was exactly what they told me on the call. So they say one thing and on the day the prices are over £100 more. Putting there wages at 98.60 an hour. To tell you I am disappointed with this is an understatement! Obviously now with the new charge I cant afford them at £197 for 2 hours. Plus there parking charges to be paid on top !”
