“Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. I attended an appointment this morning at 8:30 am with my son for his check-up. The appointment itself went well and I appreciated that the dentist spoke Polish with my son, which made him feel more comfortable. However, after the appointment I asked Dr Anna Okruta about my own emergency appointment scheduled for 26/02/2026. During the Christmas period, Dr Marco placed a temporary filling for me, and I simply wanted to ask about the estimated price and the colour of the permanent filling. Dr Anna suddenly changed her attitude and told me to speak English, despite previously speaking Polish with us. I had no problem speaking English, but she then became very unfriendly and insisted that I must book a separate appointment just for a quotation. Instead of quickly checking the system to see which tooth was treated on 28/12/2025, she argued with me for around 10 minutes, which was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Additionally, my appointments and my children’s appointments — which we had been waiting for almost six months — were removed due to emergency bookings, causing significant inconvenience for my family. Overall, this experience was very stressful and disappointing.”

“Probably the worst dentist I have EVER had, cancel your appointments more 15 times, due to your dentist working at 2 separate dentist’s. Giving no information of that to clients, so when you have an emergency your dentist isn’t available unless it’s the 2 days she’s in. Then if you miss an appointment you’re charged! We’ll take it off all the charges I should have received from all the appointments you have cancelled on me. Absolutely shocking practice and will never return to your dentist nor will my children.”

“Not recommended!! Extremely frustrating experience. My appointments have been cancelled repeatedly by this practice, including one cancellation just 20 minutes before an appointment I had waited two months for. I have now been trying for around five months to get seen, despite the issue being urgent. The constant cancellations show a complete lack of respect for patients’ time and needs. Reliable scheduling is essential in healthcare, and this practice has failed badly in that regard. I would not recommend them..”
