“What a gem! I stopped with my daughter by Soupsmith in Edinburgh for coffee and I extend for lunch , the soup was just perfect — warm, flavorful, and made for the Scottish weather. The place feels super cozy, full of lovely locals, and they even have a 1000-piece puzzle on the table! I ended up staying longer than planned, sipping my soup and working on it.
