“Lovely and inspiring! I attended a desserts workshop with Carlo. We made profiteroles, chocolate fondant, frangipan tartlets and merengue floating islands!! All from scratch! The experience was lead masterfully by Carlo, it felt like we were hands on a real restaurant juggling making cream anglaise whilst piping batter. Learnt tons and the time flew past in a blink of an eye. The results were amazing! I was always afraid about making Choux pastry. But no more! I'll be back!!”
