“After being with this company for over a year our cleaner became unavaible and despite having paid a service fee for all this time the company were extremely unhelpful andd unable to provide a replacement cleaner, or give any timeframe. We were advised we would have to wait weeks until they were able to hire new staff. It seeems they don't have the staff to be able to fulfill their obligations. We have cancelled and will be finding a new company and feel extremely let down.”

“The office is always helpful and there is great communication from them. Our cleaner is wonderful. Very hard working and looks for jobs to do around the flat. She is always happy to carry out any particular tasks requested of her when she arrives and is very thorough. Most importantly, my elderly mum feels very comfortable and safe having her in the flat.
