He is calm and reassuring, and his manual therapy, coupled with helpful information, significantly reduced my pain after only a few sessions. Gavin also shares podcasts that complement the sessions, which I enjoyed listening to between appointments. Zoe is a Physiotherapist who is working in collaboration with Gavin. She is very approachable and addresses all my concerns with patience. Her manual therapy is excellent, and she has introduced rehabilitation exercises gradually with very clear guidance.
