“I dropped my car off at 10:00 AM today for a simple engine oil and filter change — a service that normally takes under an hour. The car wasn’t taken into the workshop until 4:00 PM and was finally ready at 5:00 PM, meaning the total turnaround for this straightforward service was a full 7 hours. While the staff were friendly and provided good customer service, there is no proper appointment system. Customers are expected to leave their car and waste most of their day waiting without any clear updates. For such a basic job, this level of delay is completely unacceptable. I will not be using this service again and cannot recommend it to friends or family. Respecting customers’ time and having better organisation is essential, and this experience showed a complete lack of both.”
