“Stuart is the absolute best example of a good man you would find anywhere in the world. First, this man would chat with you like a decent human being without judging you. He is also very good at what he does. My car window was perfectly fixed and the charge was very reasonable. However, this will never be as important as the level of kindness displayed by these guys. One day, I rang EMG to fix my car light and was asked to come over on the same day. After fixing, they said it was fine and didn’t take any money from me, even though they had used their own bulb. After thanking them, I asked Stuart if he knew I was the one on the other side when I rang the phone, and he said, “I knew, and I like you that was why I asked you to come.” These words would continue to mean so much to me.
