“Felt there definitely was a language barrier as what i disused over the phone a week before appointment was not what i was told on the date i got there. I was clear on the phone that i had a stereo unit with me and need help connecting camera but he suggested camera and other functions wont work without a canbus unit which was not the case . The unit didnt need it despite me letting him know that. I had to take things in my own and finish the work. He charged me £90.00 just to connect a wire which i knew about without pre approval as i mentioned to contact me after the initial diagnostic but that was't the case. It was defiantly a waste of time and money for me.”
