“I had an MOT appointment at 9:30 am, but when I arrived, I was told it had been cancelled and no one could explain why. From that moment on, everything went wrong. I was given several different times to come back (1:00 pm, then 2:30–3:00 pm), but none of them were respected. Every time I returned, my car was still not ready. I had to walk back and forth between my home and the garage multiple times (25 minutes each way), completely unnecessarily. When they finally told me I needed two rear tyres, I was asked to come back the next day at 8:00 am. When I arrived, they didn’t even have the tyres yet. I was given vague time estimates again, and when I tried calling between 12 and 1, no one answered the phone. No waiting area, no alternatives, no clear updates, and no professionalism. I lost two full days because of their poor organisation. This is not the level of service anyone should accept. I would not recommend this garage. P.S. The communication at reception was extremely poor, especially compared to the actual work of the mechanics, who seemed to be doing their job properly. Unfortunately, the front desk organisation and communication completely ruined the experience.”

“I had my old car serviced three times... after making me spend a lot of money, the third time I asked for a quote, saying that if it was too expensive to repair the car I would have changed it and not repaired it because the value of the car was too low... they started the work by first giving me an estimate of the repair which was not true and once the work started they found themselves tripling the amount, asking me almost £2000 for a car that was not even worth £1000. They only work to make as much money as possible... you can't trust them!!!! Low prices only for the tyres.”
