I planned a “Scottish” charcuterie table with local meats and cheeses, pates etc. I searched and found the East Coast Cured Meats Company. I was overjoyed at their good Scottish heritage selections but that was nothing to both the quality and taste of the products and the magnificent service. Our evening went perfectly and the products were commended repeatedly but I would have to say as the purchaser, it is so rare to find such passionate, helpful and caring customer service these days.
