What stood out most was Lucy’s calming, friendly presence on the morning of the wedding. “Lucy was absolutely incredible from start to finish. My bridal makeup was everything I’d ever hoped for, flawless, long-lasting, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever felt that incredible before. She took the time to listen to everything I wanted, even looking back at my bridal trial to tweak things so it was perfect on the day. Her calming presence made such a difference, she kept me relaxed when the nerves were creeping in, and even let me borrow her fan all morning (and during my hair!) to keep me cool. She travelled all the way from Edinburgh to Annan in the south of Scotland, worked tirelessly for around eight hours, and made all six of us, my bridesmaids and my mother-in-law, look absolutely perfect. Lucy went above and beyond in every way, changing locations within the venue to suit our needs, pouring drinks for us, helping set up the music, and even helping me put my earrings in when my ear was bleeding. She stayed right until the very last minute, making sure we were all completely ready before she left. She even gave me a little bag of products to top up with throughout the day, which was such a thoughtful touch (though I barely needed it, my makeup stayed flawless all day and night!).
