“I was in the area and decided to treat myself to a blow dry, so I walked into Macintyres and got an appointment with a stylist named Tommy. From the start, the experience was disappointing. I wasn’t asked for my name or contact details, so it felt like there was no record of me being in the salon, which I found very unprofessional. Tommy’s attitude was rude from the moment I sat down. He seemed bothered by my presence and didn’t make any effort to make the experience enjoyable. As for the blow dry itself, it was far from what I expected, definitely not worth the price. Tommy rushed through it, and during the blow dry, he was rough with my hair and even burned my scalp multiple times. To top it off, Tommy actually asked me to leave a review, so here I am, sharing my experience. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone based on my experience.”

“I visited for a haircut and balayage, and since it was my first time colouring my hair, I was quite anxious about how it would turn out. Tommy did my hair, and he was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, really listened to everything I wanted, and delivered results that were honestly outstanding. My whole look has changed in the best way — the colour blend is gorgeous and so well done. Tommy even stayed an extra two hours just to make sure everything was perfect, and he was incredibly patient throughout. I’m so happy with my hair and the experience. Highly recommend Tommy! 💛✂️✨”
