“glaring food hygeine and safety issues. girl who served me was wearing an oodie, literal pyjamas while serving food and my cookie was covered in small but noticeable hairs. not head hairs but those fine, clear fibres. overall hugely disappointed because the food is actually delicious however big changes need to be made with the “lax” attitude around food hygeine practices.”
